Naichai OÜ is the controller for personal data used to operate its restaurant website, loyalty programme, referrals, offers, and marketing. Springlink OÜ provides the technology and processes that data on the restaurant's behalf. Springlink is separately responsible for global authentication, security, and its own platform operations under the Springlink Privacy Policy.
1. Data we collect
- Name, email, phone, language, and account identifiers to register and support membership.
- Loyalty points, rewards, referrals, offers, Wallet passes, and activity to operate the programme.
- Consent and opt-out choices to manage email, SMS, push, and other communications.
- Device, browser, cookie, security, and analytics data to operate and improve the website.
2. Purposes and legal bases
Processing is based on performing the membership arrangement, consent for optional marketing, legitimate interests in secure and effective service, and legal obligations. The restaurant can use pre-configured Springlink AI rules to create and send offers automatically. The restaurant can change or pause the rules. Your choice to receive Wallet pass notifications is managed in the Apple Wallet or Google Wallet settings.
3. Recipients, transfers, and separation
Data is shared with authorised restaurant personnel, Springlink, and providers needed for hosting, communications, analytics, Wallet passes, security, and integrations. Safeguards are used for applicable international transfers. Joining this restaurant does not share its membership data with another restaurant, even when you use one Springlink session.
4. Retention and rights
Data is kept while needed for membership and legitimate legal, security, or dispute purposes. You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and withdraw consent at any time. Marketing objections apply immediately. Send requests to info@naichai.ee. 5. Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, and software identifiers. This website uses them for the restaurant's website, loyalty, and marketing purposes and for Springlink's authentication, security, language, analytics, and service operation.

Banner choice and duration
The Springlink banner lets you Continue or Reject. It stores the selected banner choice for one year so that the banner does not appear on every visit. Deleting the choice in your browser causes the banner to appear again. The current banner records your selection. It does not delay analytics or marketing technologies before you select a button. Other technologies remain for their session or configured provider duration unless removed earlier.
Browser controls
You can inspect, block, or delete browser cookies through your browser settings. Blocking required cookies can prevent login, language, loyalty, referral, or other functionality from working.
