Terms of Use

Website Terms
These Website Terms govern your use of this website and the restaurant services made available through it. The restaurant operator is Naichai OÜ, registration number 16827724, at Suur-Karja tn 11, 10140 Tallinn, Estonia.
Using the website
You may use the website for personal, lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, use automated extraction, submit false information, impersonate another person, or infringe the rights of the restaurant, Springlink, or another person.
Restaurant information and third-party delivery
We try to keep opening hours, menus, prices, ingredients, offers, and contact details accurate, but they can change. Contact us if information is important to an allergy, dietary need, or visit. Ordering and delivery links lead to independent third-party platforms. Orders, payments, delivery, cancellations, and refunds on those platforms are governed by the restaurant's and platform's applicable terms. Springlink does not accept or fulfil food orders through this website.
Accounts and availability
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping access to your email, phone, and device secure. The website and loyalty features are provided as available and can be changed, suspended, or withdrawn. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
Content and links
Restaurant content, branding, and website software are protected by applicable rights. You receive no ownership rights by using the website. External sites and services are responsible for their own content, security, availability, and data practices.
Liability and law
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the restaurant is not responsible for indirect loss, third-party platforms, or unavailability outside its reasonable control. The law and competent courts of the restaurant operator's country apply, subject to mandatory consumer-law protections.
Loyalty and Rewards Terms
Membership is available to people aged 15 or older. The programme is provided by Naichai OÜ. Joining is voluntary. Points, discounts, referral rewards, birthday benefits, and other offers are personal, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot normally be combined unless an offer says otherwise.
- The restaurant sets earning rules, qualifying actions, reward value, limits, and expiry.
- Rewards can be issued automatically by scheduled rules or manually by the restaurant.
- The restaurant can correct points or rewards affected by error, abuse, reversal, or fraud.
- Present any required Wallet pass, code, or account identifier when redeeming.
- Expired, redeemed, transferred, copied, or cash-converted rewards are not valid.
- The restaurant can pause or end the programme with reasonable notice where practical.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Contact the restaurant first with a question about points, rewards, redemption, or programme rules.
Email, SMS, and Wallet Notification Terms
When you add the loyalty card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, you can receive service notifications about your pass, points balance, earned or expiring rewards, account security, and material programme changes. These notifications support the loyalty-card service and are not direct marketing.
If you opt in, NaiChai can send personalised promotions, campaign reminders, offers, and other marketing by email, SMS, and Wallet notification. Message frequency varies. Standard carrier message and data rates can apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase, loyalty-card membership, or ordinary website use.
You can unsubscribe from email through the link in a marketing email. You can stop SMS messages by replying STOP and request assistance by replying HELP. A confirmation message can be sent after STOP. You can disable all Wallet notifications in your device settings. To mute one pass while keeping it in your Wallet:
- Apple Wallet: Open Wallet, tap the pass, tap the More button, then tap Pass Details. Turn off Allow Notifications. See Apple's official pass settings guide.
- Google Wallet: Open Google Wallet, tap the pass, then open its details. Turn off the notification toggle for that pass. See Google's official notification guide.
You can also contact the restaurant to withdraw marketing consent. Service, security, or account messages that are not marketing can still be sent where permitted. Delivery depends on Apple, Google, device, and telecommunications systems outside the restaurant's control.
